Learn to make pasta like a real Italian

Have you ever wondered how real pizza is made? Or how to make pasta like all grandmothers in Italy do?

With our exclusive cooking class in Bologna you will learn the techniques and tips to make 3
landmarks of Bologna’s egg pasta: tagliatelle al ragù, tortellini, and tortelloni. And of course, at the end of the class you will enjoy the meal you have prepared, accompanied by some local wine.

Would you like to make a traditional Italian condiment, starting by picking its ingredients? In Cinque Terre you can make pesto from scratch. Your course will take place in a perfect spot with a breath-taking view of Cinque Terre. You will begin by picking the ingredients, including basil from the owners’ own vegetable garden. They will show you how to make the traditional pesto sauce with the use of the mortar and pestle, explaining the ingredients and history. At the end of the class, you will taste your own creation on a bruschetta (toasted bread) together with a glass of Cinque Terre wine and a platter of cured meats and cheese.
