PRIVACY POLICY & COOKIE POLICY

Avventure Bellissime srl (LTD), an Italian incoming Tour Operator, undertakes to protect in any event the privacy of our own customers and Website visitors. In particular, this Privacy Policy applies to our owned website and domains and the websites and domains of our wholly owned subsidiaries, including wireless, Internet, Smartphone, tablet and similar devices access (hereinafter referred to as “The Site”).

This Privacy Policy has been drafted in compliance with Recommendation n. 2/2001 adopted on 17th May 2001 by Personal Data Protection Working Party and represents INFORMATION REPORT To Whom It May Concern in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 /30th June 2003 and following modifications (hereinafter referred to as “The PRIVACY CODE” or simply “The CODE”). It will also be developed, with the law times and deadlines, according to the news contained in the recent EU REGULATION 2016/679 harmonizing legislation on privacy of all Member States.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to declare the owner of the processing of personal information collected through the Site and explain the manner in which we are committed to protecting your privacy as well as the manner in which we manage data collection, use, and communication to third parties. The purpose of this privacy policy is also to inform you about the security measures in place and their dynamic and continuous implementation in order to protect your data as well as the manner in which customers/users can enter and verify the use of their own personal data, as approved by the PRIVACY CODE.

B. Users/Customers’ Information Gathering, Storage and Usage.

During simple visits to the Site we do not collect or process any user’s personal data limiting ourselves to detect the so-called "navigation data”. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website (e.g., systems and procedures pertaining to third providers of hosting services, email, etc.) may have to acquire some personal data which transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers utilized by Users when connecting to the website, and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. This data is only used to extract anonymous statistical information on website use as well as to check its functioning or might be used to establish liability in case computer crimes are committed against the website; except for this circumstance in which they are kept only for the time needed to close the verification and if necessary prosecute the offender, any data on web contacts is erased immediately after being processed.

As known, such information is not collected in order to relate it to identified data subjects, however it might allow user identification per se after being processed and matched with data held by third parties and it is deleted immediately after processing.

Data provided voluntarily by Users: The optional and voluntary communication of your email address and / or other personal information through the contact form of the Site (registration, services request, phone interaction, participation in initiatives realized through the Site such as promotions, prize contests, competitions; request for information or send communications) involves the acquisition of the sender and other data necessary to respond to requests. In this case, the User’s express consent to the processing of personal data provided voluntarily is required. According the CODE rules, we may enhance or merge your information collected on our Site with other operational data as well as data from or commercial third parties for purposes of marketing products or services to you. In this case you should refer to the present policies on the websites of these partners and the information given by them.

Generally our company does not engage in users profiling activities (creation of profiles based on consumer habits and choices) and it should resort to it only by previous consent of the parties concerned.

The types of personal information collected can include your name and surname, address, nationality, phone number, email address, information about the name and age of the partners in order to provide the requested services. Further information may be required according to special services.

The sections of the Site where customers/users’ personal data is collected contain specific information in accordance with articles 13 and 7 of the PRIVACY CODE with option features to give the consent.


If the user provides us with personal data of third parties (for example, by the use of the feature “Send to a friend” that allows you to send information to a friend about our Site, products, and initiatives) the user takes responsibility for this communication committing, before providing us with such third parties personal data, to have the consent of those who the data relate to.


The personal data is stored and processed by computer systems in our legal exclusive availability (internalized or third party technical service providers), as detailed in paragraph D here below.

C. Why we process your data

In addition to the above mentioned “navigation data”, the information you provide through the registration on our Site will be used to support your professional relationship with us and alert you to information on our products, services and programs or our commercial partners’ ones. We also use this information to help complete any other interaction with the customers (by phone, direct and similar).

We also process personal data to fulfill all the obligations required by Italian and Communitarian laws and other applicable regulations, even in the event that it becomes necessary to assert a legal claim or defend in these premises.


The refusal by customers / users to supply their personal data involves our inability to perform our contractual obligations or to provide customers / users with any pre-contractual information, features and other related services.


We generally collect this information at the time you register to use our website, subscribe to our service, post material or request further services. Sending e-mail messages to the addresses mentioned on this Site, which is done on the basis of a freely chosen, explicit, and voluntary option, entails acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary in order to reply to any request, as well as of such additional personal data as is contained in the message(s) for users profiling activities (creation of profiles based on consumer habits and choices) or in some cases to contact you for market research/customer satisfaction assessment and marketing activities performed by email and by other means (telephone, texts, mms, catalogues, newsletters, etc). In any case, the customer / user may at any time request that such items are interrupted by a simple email or phone call.

For the above mentioned purposes (user profiling, market research, customer satisfaction, and marketing) the personal data provision is discretionary and the refusal to supply them will have no consequences on any other requested service.

Personal data is processed with automated means for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent the data from being lost, used unlawfully and/or inappropriately, and accessed without authorisation. Personal data may also be processed with paper means for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected.

D. Recipient of your data and cautions in case of its transference abroad

The user's personal data shall be disclosed in the circumscribed scope of this Privacy Policy and as to the information published on the Site in the sections where data is collected, in compliance with the consent given by the user where necessary in accordance with the CODE. The user's personal data is accessible within our organization by the staff in charge and responsible for processing at the various levels of appointment. Distributors, rental partners, affiliates, contractors, or any other of our business partners may have access to your personal information but will only use your information in connection with your customer relationship with our company and our products or services. We can finally communicate your personal information to third parties in case of mergers, acquisitions, sale of business or branch of business or other extraordinary transactions. Third parties will be informed only about the data necessary for the performance of their functions, however, making aware of keeping them confidential and secure and respecting the privacy legislation in force. The third parties who the personal data are communicated to will process them as Controllers, Processors or persons in charge of processing in accordance with their own privacy policies.

While receiving data from all over the world, we generally do not transfer your personal information to, or store it at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA) except to safe areas (USA, Canada and other Commonwealth or ex-Commonwealth countries) which have adequate legislation in terms of personal data protection, security and privacy. G. Privacy Policy in the Italian Law: a system to protect the users; grant their rights and ease their practise

Data subjects are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation and tracking of the existence of personal data concerning them and be informed of their contents and origin, verify their accuracy, or else request that such data be supplemented, updated or rectified (Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

The above Section also provides for the right to request erasure, anonymization or blocking of any data that is processed in breach of the law as well as to object in all cases, on legitimate grounds, to processing of the data.

H. Additional information for cases of possible processing of your personal data through the recording of telephone calls in our company call centers

We inform our customers that the data they should eventually provide us in the course of telephone calls received by our operators, whether these calls were to be included in a registration process of a sample selection, will be processed exclusively for the following purposes: to personalize your experience (your information helps us better respond to your individual needs); to improve our Site (we continually strive to improve our Site offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you); to improve customer service (your information helps us more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs); to administer a contest, promotion, survey or other Site feature.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access it. In particular, the recording of telephone calls and their selection will take place according to totally random sample and logical, however, by not more than 10% of the daily volume of incoming calls. Phone calls not included in the selection process will be automatically deleted from the system definitively. Phone calls subject to recording and selection will be stored for a period of 90 days, after which the system will automatically cancel them definitively. Finally, during the phone call, customers can object at any time, notifying the operator, the registration and selection of the conversation. This refusal does not affect in any way the delivery of the services we offer.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied information is transmitted via secure technology and then encrypted into our providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with paragraph G of this Privacy Policy.
