This trip had been on our bucket list for so long and we cannot thank you enough for all your assistance. We can't recommend Avventure Bellissime enough! Everything has gone really well and your tour guides were fantastic, especially Francesca in Rome. Every transfer was extremely smooth. The drivers were always there, waiting for us. The Rome sidecar tour was such a great adventure! The Last Supper is just stunning and we feel so lucky you managed to arrange the tickets. I will, and already have, recommended the agency and plan to use it again myself someday. The tour agency folks who I emailed were always prompt, clear, thoughtful, and helpful. All costs were clearly explained, and the quality of the tours and wonderful service/guides ended up being fantastic value for money.

The guides were kind, funny, professional, highly knowledgeable, safety conscious, experienced, and had expert English speaking skills. Our guides in Rome, Sergio and Francesca, could not have been any better. Exceedingly knowledgeable and enthusiastic, they made our tours so special. Salvatore in Pompeii was highly
knowledgeable and very amusing. In Florence, Anatella (I'm embarrassed to say that I'm quite sure I have her name wrong) was the Art History professor I wish I had had in college. Amazing!

The drivers were also always professional, helpful, prompt, safe, and some could easily be tour guides themselves! (especially Max).

Padua is definitely a place to return to and spend a few days to fully appreciate its many virtues. Hotel Saturnia remains a great place to stay. As in Florence, we were given the same room we stayed in in 2017.

Our driver for the journey to Vicenza, Marco, was superb, and it was easy to recognize that he was more than that. Our guide there, Giorgia, was a marvel; a sweet young lady who is self-confident and a virtual walking encyclopedia. She was especially proud of Italian history and the theater in Vicenza. Vicenza, like Padua, was a nice escape from the tourist throngs in Venice and is another city that would require days to fully appreciate.

Bottom line, this has been another great trip with you. We’ll continue to promote your Agency to fellow tourists and always appreciate your helpfulness.

When I used your company 10 years ago, my family and I were so pleased with your services, we just had to try your company again.  As you know, on this trip to Italy we were traveling as a group of 6 friends, and we all agreed that your services were invaluable.  We would all like to sincerely "Thank You" for all the help and guidance you provided, not only leading up to our trip, but for your assistance adding on a few things during our stay.  We appreciated your quick responses and options while we were making our way across Italy.

All of our transportation arrangements were timed out perfectly for our itinerary, especially the few tickets that you booked with flexible train times.  This allowed us to be more relaxed and enjoy more time in some places and less in others.  The tours were all great too.

There were two areas of the trip that we were all unsure about, but they turned out to be the Highlights of our trip, thanks to your guidance.  

The first was the hotel selection in Como, Metropole Suisse.  When you first suggested that hotel, I went to the internet to read some reviews, and became sceptical when I read some reviews saying that the hotel was outdated. You assured me that the location was great and the reviews from people you had previously placed there were all positive.  We were so glad we listened to you, because the location couldn't have been any better, the views were magnificent, the staff friendly, the rooms were clean and, the hotel itself, rather than outdated, we thought was charming with an intentionally eclectic flair.  Everything you could want was within walking distance; restaurants, shopping, two train stations, not to mention the beautiful Lake Como right outside the hotel doors.

The second area of concern was the E-Bike Tour of the Verona countryside and Winery Tour.  It wasn't the activity we were concerned about, after all who wouldn't be looking forward to sampling wine, it was the weather.  When the weather that day was looking, let's just say, not ideal, you were nice enough to contact Francesco at the Tour company, who put our minds at ease.  He advised you that the tour was still on and that they would provide rain jackets if we wanted them, but the weather looked like it would clear up just as we were getting underway.  He was right.  It was a little windy and chilly, but we were in Verona, and the views we saw made us soon forget the weather altogether.  "Stop in a few panoramic spots to enjoy the view over the city" as advertised, was an understatement, the views were breathtaking, one more beautiful than the next.  The family winery was great too, the perfect size for touring.  Our guide was so engaging, knowledgeable and humble, despite the obvious success she and her family have had.   

Avventure Bellissime is now 2 for 2 in my book.  I can't wait for number 3!!
