Manarola is located in the Liguria region of Italy, within the province of La Spezia. It sits on the northwest coast of Italy, forming part of the renowned Cinque Terre National Park.
You can enjoy lunch at one of the fish restaurants in the small square next to the harbour. The harbor area is filled with colorful rowing boats and becomes the main sunbathing and swimming spot of the village from morning until dusk. In fact, this is the perfect place to spend a lazy day sunbathing and watching people jumping off the cliffs. Although there is no real beach here, it has some of the best deep-water swimming around. Along the main road, the boats are pulled onto dry land every time the sea is rough. The village is all ups and downs, with steep narrow alleys carruggi, leading to the sea.

Weather and time of year for you Cinque Terre Trip
Please note that public boats that operate between the Cinque Terre towns are subject to weather conditions and usually operate until about the 3rd week of October. During this period, transfers between towns are either by train or by minivan. When the boats are not operative, transfers between towns will always be by train or by minivan.
Additionally, it's important to note that boats do not operate in bad weather conditions or when the sea is rough. In such situations, transfers between towns will also be by local coastal train or by minivan.
Traveling to Cinque Terre with children
If you're traveling with children, we do have infant seats available on request. However, please note that children who are under 36 kg/97 pounds or 150 cm/4ft 9 in must use proper child restraints, and we reserve the right to refuse infants or children if we are not notified at the time of booking or if the car seats brought do not comply with the requirements set out by Italian law. Additionally, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.

OPENING HOURS: Avventure Bellissime office is open Mon to Sat from 8.30am to 5.30pm from April to mid- October; Mon to Fri from 9.00am to 5.00pm and Sat 9.00am to 3.30pm from mid-October to end of March. Office is closed on December 25 and 26, January 1 and 6, Easter Day and other major public holidays.
