Italy vacation packages offer great value

Loubar 1 visited Italy this past September and said it wasn’t possible to speak highly enough about Avventure Bellissime: “They tailored a trip for my teenage daughter and myself in our chosen destinations of Venice, Florence and Rome. The transfers, hotels, small group guided walking and canal tours were all wonderful… The reliability and punctuality of the transfers were great. All the guides were locals and clearly loved their cities and their heritage.” They enjoyed the walking tour of the Vatican Museum but wish they hadn’t booked a second tour the same day.

Small group tours are the way to go

In September 643ConnieT of Colorado and a friend visited Italy. They booked the Small group Amalfi Coast & Pompeii from Rome tour through Avventure Bellissime and says she and her friend would recommend this day tour to everyone considering a trip to Italy.

“It was a long day indeed, but absolutely worth the money spent… The view along the coast is amazing and Pompeii something you can’t miss,” she says, making special note of how funny, thoughtful, and knowledgeable the tour guides were.

She says that while during her time in Italy she went on excursions with other companies and ended up disappointed because they were unorganized, “finally i am fully satisfied with this one… We’ll keep this day in our best memories.”

Sandra02155120 from Ontario, Canada agrees. She took the same day tour in October and says those in her party enjoyed it immensely.

“The stops on this day trip were well planned out. There was a stop for a quick coffee/snack break in the morning and then a couple stops to allow us to take pictures of the beautiful Amalfi Coast along the way,” she says. “Overall, this day trip was a great and memorable experience and I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny and if you take this tour you will not regret it!”

The wine region is spectacular

Tuscany is a region of Italy that is romantic, scenic, and unforgettable. Sarah S from Colorado visited in September and enjoyed an Italy wine tour from Rome. Yet again one of our tour guides earned special mention:

“This tour was really nice. Our driver/guide, Max, was great and drove us through Tuscan hill towns. In Montepulciano, we got to go through the winery basement and saw the wine barrels. The highlight was lunch/wine tasting at Altesino.”

The Vatican and Sistine Chapel are outstanding
