We are back in the United States. We took many tours during our time away and must say that yours were among the MOST orgnized and most enjoyed! Your tour operator for Doge's Palace was superb. he was friendly, articulate and so knowledgable...always keeping things interesting. A true asset to your company. (5 stars) The second leg of the tour (Walking tour added a nice personal touch to Venice and although a few people dropped out of the tour along the way, we found our tour guide to be wonderful and with a great sense of humor. We saw parts of Venice we never would have seen on our own (4 stars)The boat ride was the biggest surprise of all. We almost didn't take it as we had been on boats up and down the canal for days and figure there was nothing left to see. We wre SO WRONG! The tour took us beynd the Grand Canal to smaller canals where we could see where actuak families lived and worked. loved it and our guide was great as well. Our ONLY problem with that tour was that with9 peopke n our boat there were not enough seats outside for everyone to be able to take pictures . For that reason only, I would five it 3 1/2 stars.
Thank you for a great day. We WILL recommend yor company and use it again if we return.

We enjoyed our three tours. The audio was a little hard to hear on the first tour of the Doges Palace but was fine on the other two tours. The ear pieces could be better; the kind that go over the ear so they don't fall out as easily. The tour guides were professional and had excellent English.
