My husband and I booked tour services in Venice and Rome, and we're so happy we did. While I don't remember everyone's names, the walking tour in Venice was led by a charismatic, very knowledgeable guide who spoke impeccable English. We learned while we explored and were encouraged to ask questions. Wonderful experience!

The last guided tour for us that day was a boat tour of the palaces. Again, the guide was knowledgeable, happy to answer all questions, and showed us a part of Venice we would never have seen on our own. The best part was learning about the engineering genius that has allowed a city of islands to remain in almost pristine condition for over 1,600 years.

Our last tour, in Rome, was led by Francesca and was the highlight of our stay in Rome. She seemed to be an expert in Roman history, art, and the Vatican. Again, we found our guide to be responsive to questions, willing to point out the more important items we might have simply walked past after a quick glance, and she had a wonderful sense of humor.

Overall our experience with our tour guides was amazing and very much appreciated. We will recommend Avventure Bellissime's services to friends and acquaintances who we know are planning to travel to Italy in the future.

Thanks again!

My walking tour was enjoyable and our guide most informative. I thought I was told that Gondoila tour was at 4PM. It was 3:30. I missed the ride BUT
your company was most cooperative and put me on stand by for the rest of my trip to take the ride. Unfortunately I was not able to do so. I will return and will use your service again.

I love VENICE!!!!

Just wanted to send a review back and let you know how really enjoyed our tours.

In Florence, our guide was fantastic – Antonia, I think. She was our guide all day and we really enjoyed her and very easy to understand, she gave us a lot of great information, but made sure not to overload us, it was just right.

In Rome, we had a great guide as well, a little bit more difficult to understand, but still very good. I can’t recall her name right now, it is at home, but she was really great, too. She walked at a nice pace and gave us a lot of good information as well.

In Venice, our tours were great as well. Our guide was very good, just like the others. Nothing negative to say about any of them.

I am really glad that we booked the tours, it made our trip much better. I would definitely recommend Avventure Bellissime to others.
Job well done!

Highly recommended - very professional, value for money, good service! The only minor concern out of my experience is that though the website and vouchers clearly mention about the "Meeting Point", we did not find any sign boards out there in the public park there or anywhere else, so we were not sure until your staff arrived. I post this comment to benefit others - Don't feel nervous whether you are in the right place, you most certainly are (follow instructions as stated on the voucher) and one of these guys will show up punctually!

Highly recommended and good value for money. The guides on the walking tour and boat trip were both Venetians with good English and an ability to give information clearly and concisely. They were both clearly enthusiastic about Venice and very happy to answer questions. This was an excellent way to get a good feel for Venice.

We absolutely enjoyed our tours. First the walking tour with Marina; she was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed every moment and the portion in the less busy area. The gondola ride was so fun. We love being on the small canals taking in so many interesting buildings. Lastly, the canal ride was great. Christina was a very enjoyable tour guide. We learned so much from her about Venice and the wonderful buildings and landmarks. Everything was perfect. We only wish we could be there longer. We would highly recommend this tour package to everyon

Our walking tour was excellent, despite the rainy weather. St. mark's was beautiful, especially when the lights were on. The boat ride was Ok. The tour guide gave good information on the boat ride. we were just tired of the rainy day. Our gondola ride was Ok. It was shorter than I thought it would be, 25 minutes.
