We had two tours with your company in Venice recently and were very pleased with our experience.

Our first tour was the Grand Canal Boat Tour. We took this tour on our day of arrival and it was a great introduction to Venice. We then went back and visited on land the sites with more familiarity than we would have had otherwise. We loved the group size of 8. The only problem is, if you chose to stand up outside the cabin where it was easier to see and cooler, you could not hear the guide's narrative very well. Headsets would have been a nice addition to this tour and would solve that problem for future guests.

Our second tour was the 2 hr. group walking tour. We took this one on our second day in Venice when we were more rested and alert than on our day of arrival. The audio headsets were a wonderful way to always hear the guide in a group of this size. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. He was easy to understand and nicely paced the tour. This gave us an excellent overview and took us to places we otherwise may have missed. Highly recommend this experience. We loved it and our guide made an excellent tour, great!

We participated on May 19, 2016 in the Original Venice Walk at 11:10 and the Grand Canal Boat Tour at 16:00. Our walking tour guide was very personable and did an excellent job. ( Unfortunately, it was raining quite a bit.)The Grand Canal Boat tour was a great water tour. It was somewhat difficult to hear the guide in the back of the boat. We very much enjoyed both tours.

We had various tours in Rome and Florence with other providers.. Yours were by far the best. Thank you so much.

Both parts of the tour were very informative, the ladies that guided us spoke excellent English and really knew their subject. The tours gave us the confidence to explore Venice on our own for the rest of our stay. Without the tours we would not have known what we were looking at or where to go. I would say that these tours are an essential start for anyone not yet familiar with Venice and only there for a short time. Overall rating from us, 5 stars.

We took the tour last month. We were only in Venice for a couple of days, and this was an excellent way to see the highlights by land and by sea. The walking tour and the boat ride both featured excellent guides. We also booked wonderful tours through the company in Florence and Rome.

Both tours (Original Venice Walk and Grand Canal Tour) were very well done. We especially like the local flavor of the walking tour, great local guide. The boat tour was interesting, the guide was a little hard to understand at times. Overall we were very well pleased.

The original Venice Walk was an excellent tour with an excellent tour guide who really knew her stuff. We learned so much about Venice that we would never have found out about ourselves.

The Grand Canal Boat tour was okay however rather short. The boat seemed to go a bit fast for us. I was seated inside the boat so it was harder to see everything. Would be nice if the boat was more open or uncovered.

As we only had the 1 full day in Venice these tours were the only way to go to get the highlights of Venice in a short time.

We had a wonderful time, and thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Firstly the walking part of the tour, Maria was wonderful, she was such a sweet woman with a great sense of humour. Then the boat part of the tour, Roberta was very knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. Both tours took us to some very beautiful & interesting places. Thank you so much to both Maria & Roberta (and of course the boat driver) We are so glad we booked those tours.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour last Thursday. (The rain didn't ruin the experience.) Our tour guide was wonderful and very informative.
Given our schedule, we failed to make the water tour that evening.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Venice. Our guide was very knowledgeable and prompt. The tour hit the highlights of the Doge Palace and St. Mark's Basilica and our guide pointed out many interesting details that otherwise we might have missed in taking a tour without a guide. We had been to Venice previously and this type of tour is definitely the way to go. We loved the boat tour also; you get a nice rest from the walk and many more interesting details about Venice and its history. Highly recommend!

Excellent package and tour guides, worth every Euro spent. My husband was all praises and said it would have been impossible to cover so much in a 3 hour period and not get lost in the alleys of Venice. Christina was great!
We're happy to have chosen riverboat tour with Avventure, instead of the gondola. As we enjoyed the scenery during the cruise, our minds were fed with rich historical information of what we were seeing. Belissima, indeed!

We were very satisfied with the tour of Venice we took on June 25. Our tour guide was wonderful ! Extremely knowledgable and handled an aggressive tourist with skill and understanding. She was very professional in her approach yet very, very patient. The headphones were a god send and all toll it was money very very well spent. Excellent organization and the boat tour was the cheery on top.
Thank you for helping to make our time in Venice memorable.

It was a great tour. It was really neat to have a tour guide on the walking tour who is an actual "Venetian" she had a very interesting perspective.

The grand canal tour was great. We have already recommended it to friends. It was much better than the gondola ride.
