The gondola ride was magical. It was an opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Grand Canal area and into the quiet canals. We completely enjoyed the experience!

I just wanted to thank you for enhancing my experience of Venice. First off, all the emails prior to my trip were answered promptly, to my amazement, and graciously.
Since I wanted to do several things during my short stay in Venice, you directed me, including the link, to show exactly what to reserve, then how to indicate how to split up the three different tours into 2 days. I was very pleased and amazed at how promptly you answered my emails, with specific instructions on how to split the tours. After one hiccup, we got the reservation straight.
Once I got to Venice, the Walking Tour, although only 2 hours, included some history of the government along with a few names that played a role in making Venice what it is today. The Grand Canal tour was informative, and just at the right time to take awesome phots's! Since I was checking into my cruise ship, to continue my vacation, it took me longer than I expected to get back to the meeting point for the gondola ride, but your representative waited for me for 15 minutes! I was very grateful not to miss this quintessential part of Venice, so thank you, and thank you to the rep who waited for me. He made me feel very special.
Anyway, I was in Venice at the beginning of October, so sorry for the delay in sending this to you, but I did write recommendation in to Rick Steve's web site which I hope will have a good impact on your business.
Thank you again for all your help.
