Thank you for a wonderful tour of the Canale Grande on Saturday 15th October. Made all the better for some sunshine and what a fantastic way to experience your beautiful city. The commentary from your guide was extremely helpful and informative.

My wife and I certainly have some great memories and pictures to cherish. We certainly won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone else, who is planning a visit to Venice.

    Many thanks again.

Gee...I can't really add much to what most of the other reviewers have said. Georgia was our docent. She was very informative and learnëd. Everything we saw, especially the Ghetto, was put into the context of Venice's history. I appreciated also her frank comments about the MOSE project. As others have already written, I would book other tours with Avventure Bellissime "in a heartbeat".

Thank you for this wonderful tour. It was even better than the description! We visited all six sestieres of Venice, including the Arsenale [not normally open to visitors], the Jewish ghetto, the gondola repair dry-dock — and we got a feeling for everyday life in Venice away from the grand palazzi, although we also got a tour of the Grand Canal. I would recommend this as the best orientation to Venice for a first-time visitor, as well as an in-depth experience for a repeat visitor (as we were).

Diane and I thank you for a really great tour. Cristina welcomed us and took us around the secret parts of Venice and leaving us with terrific memories.
The walking part of the Ghetto
was very moving and she explained everything beautifully.

Fantastic way to see Venice's canals! The guide was waiting along the gate to the gardens as stated in the email confirmation and led us to a beautiful boat with a fantastic driver. Six of us were off on an informative tour that took us around the island, into the arsenal, a stop and short walk-through of the Jewish Ghetto, more back canals, a trip down the Grand Canal, over to a gondola workshop and then gelato. We learned so much from our guide and were

This was an excellent way to tour Venice on a rainy day (down inside the cabin but had no problems seeing everything out the windows). Massimo was a very knowledgeable tour guide and we learned things about Venice that you don't find in the tourbooks. Special treat was to walk around the Jewish ghetto for a few minutes after being given the history of the area. I would absolutely recommend this tour - thank you!

The canal tour was excellent. The guide was well-informed, well-spoken and answered questions well. We were happy that we got a good overview of Venice and its history from this tour and the length and detail was just right. All of us enjoyed it very much.

I am totally impressed with the Avventure Bellissime tours.

I took the small group tours of Grand Canal and secret Venice boat tour, of Day Trip of Veneto, and of San Gimiginano and Siena from Florence. The trips were perfectly organized, the transportation absolutely first class, and the tour guides faultless in showing us around and giving pertinent information. We got time to explore on our own and have our own experience too. Wow! Such an incomparable job.

I took several other tours with a different company and wished I had booked those with Avventure Bellissime too. When I return to Italy you can rest assured I won't make that mistake again.

Thank you for such a wonderful time.

The tour was ok, and a little dry. It would have been better if the tour guide was outside the cabin narrating, as opposed to inside the cabin.

She might be called "Cristina of the thunderstorm." Our guide in Venice was
marvelous. The weather was terrible--heavy rain almost the whole time, so
we didn't get to see much. But Cristina's knowledge, her warmth of
personality, and her love of Venice made it a worthwhile visit, one we will
remember with much pleasure. You should be proud of her!
