The semi private tour we have just completed with Avventure Bellissime was absolutely brilliant. The whole tour was so well organised and everything went like clockwork. The cars (Mercs) were all clean and comfortable for our transfers and we were picked up everywhere right on time – we never had to wait for or find our driver. Hotels were clean and comfortable. Tour guides were very knowledgeable and a special mention to Luca and Francesca who guided our Rome tours – not only knowledgeable but entertaining too! Especially nice to jump the queues at attractions and not join the huge lines! Everything just went perfectly and we have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

This was a great way to experience a sizeable chunk of Italy.

We met several couples during our trip who were spending three weeks in Italy and had organized their itineraries themselves. That approach has its advantages, but it takes a lot of time, effort, and money to do it right. With Avventure Bellissime, all the details were taken care of--hotels paid for, drivers right on time, tour guides well-prepared--but we also had a lot of free time to explore on our own.

The Bellissime staff was extremely helpful. We decided to pick hotels from the different price levels, and they got back to us right away with a customized quote. Then we realized that we needed to fly out of Florence rather than Rome if we wanted to get home in one day--no problem. We also added side trips shortly before our vacation began, and that was handled quickly and efficiently. (The Montepulciano-Montalcino wine tour in between Rome and Siena was a particular highlight of the trip.)

During my trip I constantly posted pictures and positive reviews on my Facebook page and sent an email to a friend who plans to travel with a group of 12 folks next year recommending they use your company. All your staff were wonderful. But I must point out those who were extraordinary: Roma -- Barbara, Luca and Francesca. Florence -- Antonella. Their passion, professionalism and desire to achieve the best customer service was obvious to us all.

I've taken the time to post a comment for Rome and Florence tours on Trip Advisor in which 5 stars were awarded on both reviews. Additionally, I did find your Facebook page and commented on a couple of pictures as a way of giving feedback.

Probably the only thing I would have done differently is to have either:
a) Ask that we arrive earlier to the train station in Florence and inquired before leaving more information about the train transportation porcess. or
b) Avoided the train ride to Rome and used the van service to transport us from Cinque Terre back to Rome.

Arriving at the train station 20 minutes before the train left and not having any understanding how to navigate the station or understand some important elements of the ticket/voucher was a stressor we should have avoided. Unfortunately, I simply didn't have enough experience to know what questions to ask when I received the vouchers 30 days before we left the States.

We luckily made it to the train (albeit in the wrong car) but just in time and we had a difficult time moving ourselves and our luggage through 8 train cabins while the train was moving.

With that change, the trip was perfect in so very many ways thanks to you and your staff.
