My husband and I and two friends recently did a tour with you for 12 days in Italy and we had a fabulous time. Your drivers were all on time, friendly, clean and professional. Your guides were superb and each knew their topic/history very well and presented the information to us with pure passion and love for their country and topic! The hotels we chose were all clean and in perfect locations for us to explore each town.

One suggestion for your communication with future travelers would be to give more detailed information about Cinque Terre. In particular suggest they leave their luggage and one person at the 'top' of town while the other goes down to find the property manager and retrieve the keys for the apartment. We foolishly walked down with our luggage only to turn around and walk back up with our luggage :). It did not negatively impact our trip however.

Our vacation was fabulous and we hope to visit again one day and have already given your company name to others who want to visit.

Ciao! Mille grazie!

My family had a wonderful experience and we owe you a debt of gratitude--you definitely helped to make our once-in-a-lifetime vacation one to remember.

I posted the following review on tripadvisor.com

Our family just returned from the vacation of a lifetime. We booked the 12-Day Enchanting Italy vacation package with Avventure Bellissime and could not have been happier with the result. Initially, we tried to plan the tour of Italy on our own and found it to be quite overwhelming. Fortunately, while researching I came across Avventure Bellissime and planning became much less stressful.

Before booking, Alexsandra took the time to respond to my emails--all of my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The itinerary was very well mapped out and allowed for side excursions and/or some time to explore on our own.

Talk about a stress-free vacation. Drivers were always on time, were very professional, answered our questions and were very knowledgeable of the area. They often provided tips to help us during our stay. Train transfers went smoothly as well. Seamless transportation transitions between locations--no worries. The hotels were top notch, included breakfast, and the front desk staff was always helpful. It was great to have all of tours booked in advance (skip the line tickets a must). The tour guides were always at the meeting spots on time and provided us with very informative tours--no way we would have had the same experience on our own.

What can I say? An overall outstanding experience! I would highly recommend Avventure Bellissime to anyone planning a trip to Italy. We hope to return to Italy some day and would definitely book with this company again.

We would like to thank and commend the team of people at Avventure Bellisime for the great experience we had in visiting Italy. We had booked the semi-private 12 day Enchanting Italy vacation package. We were pleased that we were able to easily customize the package to suit our interests. Everything was as described, and met or exceeded our expectations. Organization was excellent. We appreciated having all of our transportation needs taken care of. Drivers were professional, and gave us lots of good information about the area we were in. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well located. We seemed to have preferred rooms in our hotels, and often had a view and/or private balcony or terrace. We enjoyed our tours, and the guides were very informative and helpful. Communication was good before, during, and after our vacation. Thank-you again for a wonderful Italy experience.

My husband and I were very apprehensive about taking a tour but it turned out to be the best decision...it was a fantastic trip! Every connection was on time and our drivers were lovely (even those that didn't speak English!). The hotels were wonderful and I would certainly recommend "Skip the Line" tickets to anyone (including those not taking a full tour). Our tour guides (Barbara and Francesca in Rome, Christina in Venice - to name a few) were amazing. They were friendly, very knowedgable and gave us a lot of fun information (I will only remember bits and pieces, but great bits and pieces!!!). The Colosseum Tour was one of my favorites. In Cinque Terre we even managed to hike from Monterossa to Vernazza, and from Vernazza to Corniglia. It was a beautiful morning when we started out and we were ready for a beer (or two) by the time we completed our walk. Amazing views from our room in Manorola! Thank you to Aleksandra and Claudia for keeping in contact with us and providing us with excellent information. We would recommend this tour and we now have several friends who will be following us in taking this wonderful tour. Thank you!

Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic time my wife and I experienced on our tour that you arranged for us June 30-Jul17. 5-Stars. Never booked a complete travel deal online before from international web source. TripAdvisor's Top rating you have is well deserved and guessing you will repeat again in 2014. Everything went like clockwork with not one missed connection or problem throughout 6 cities in Italy. All the drivers, connections, vouchers, hotel arrangements, train station navigation/tickets etc - PERFECT! High-speed trains are better than 1st class air travel. Special thanks to all tour guides who were GREAT - Barbara (Colosseum + Palatine Hill), Emellio (Vatican Museum & St Peters), Venice Boat Tour, and women who met us at Venice train then escorted us on water taxi and helped navigate us to hotel, down many back streets, making sure we arrived. Booking and office sales staff (Alexandra & Claudia) were top notch and explained everything well. No surprises, and we knew what to expect. Best advice was leaving checked suitcase behind in Florence when traveling to Cinque Terre, using only a back pack. That Manorola room was great by the way. We highly recommend Avventure Bellissime and would use your services again. Thanks for the trip of a lifetime. Bill & Helen

We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our 12 day tour with you in late Sept. and early Oct. of last year. This was our third trip to Italy and by far the best experience. Relaxed, great accommodations, professional tour guides, and great overall travel arrangements. We would not hesitate to use your services again, and would wish other countries offered your type of travel service. We also appreciated the personalized services by your people, and handling of our faux pas with tact.

We had a FABULOUS holiday and all your arrangements went smoothly. No one was ever late, all our drivers were fantastic, guides superb. . The guided tour was also great. Our tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel was superb. Sorrento was simply marvelous. The trip to Pompeii with Gino was also memorable and thoroughly enjoyable. Florence also a great few days and our trip to Tuscany villages a real highlight.
Our accommodation and stay in Corniglia was the highlight of our trip and we LOVED our stay there.
Unfortunately most of the walking tracks were still closed however the track from Vernazza to Corniglia was open and we walked back one evening....hot and steep but what awesome views and highly recommend that to anyone fit enough! We visited all the villages by train and it really is a fabulous destination.
Venice was great, I have been there before but my sister and husband had not and they loved it!
We must have walked hundreds of kilometers, ate lots of delicious food, enjoyed your Italian beer, found the history of your country so interesting (New Zealand is only a couple of hundred years old so we have no ANCIENT history), visited many of your beautiful cathedrals and were totally happy at the end of each day!
Thank you all so much for arranging such an amazing holiday...it was perfect and we will definitely recommend others to book one of your tours

We had a great time on our vacation in Italy.
I must say that the drivers that met us as each point on the trip were terrific! They were on time with clearly marked signs and the vans they used to transport the four of us were roomy and comfortable. It took us a while to get use to Italian traffic! All those scooters!
We also enjoyed all of our hotels. They were in convenient locations near our tour guide meeting sites and close to so many historic areas. The included breakfasts were good and a few hotels even had American style eggs and bacon.
The tour guides we had in Rome , Pompeii, Florence and Venice were wonderful. We were never hurried and we enjoyed the rich culture. The small size of the tours was nice as we skipped the long lines and huge tour groups! We liked that we were not over scheduled and had some "down time" to just sit and enjoy the view or take a nap.
Highlights were:
Hotel Minerva in Sorrento-what a fabulous view from our balcony and we enjoyed the roof top swimming pool.
Cinque Terre- we loved the 5 towns , especially beautiful Vernazza . Free internet access at the local cafe in Corniglia was a plus and the pesto will long be remembered.
Train Service- your high speed trains with first class seating were so comfortable. A great way to travel!

Thank you so much for a great travel experience. I have already recommended your service to several friends!
My family will never forget our trip.

It was a pleasure not to have to worry about a thing each day, from hotel bookings, transfers and some tours, absolutely fabulous work all round.

May we congratulate you all again for the fine organisation, the hotels that we selected were all excellent, well located for easy access to places to visit and certainly high enough in comfort and standard.
The one in Cinque Terra whilst hard to access was incredible in its views and location in the village.

Thanks again!
