I just wanted to send you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed our tours booked with you. I have left a detailed review on Trip Advisor with our praise.

Having worked in the industry, having lead FAMS, and having traveled to many countries myself, I can not say enough about how wonderful Luca was. He was by far one of the best guides we have had in any country. He is an asset to your company and the industry. He is the type of guide one wishes for and we were lucky enough to spend a day with him.

We look forward to returning someday and will be in contact.

Jonathan, my family and I just arrived back in the US and I wanted to send you a quick email letting you know how pleased we were with the tours we booked with your company. The tours were without question the highlight of our trip to Italy.
In Rome we had the best driver and guide in all of Europe! Maurizio met us at the ship and my entire family knew immediately that it was going to be a great day. He is a true gentleman and was the perfect host for us. The day only got better when we met Giulio our guide through Rome. He was simply perfect for me and our family - we loved him. We saw all the important sights and Giulio's insight brought the city to life for us. They took us to a wonderful place for lunch and we had a great time. After spending the day with Maurizio and Giulio my family considers them good friends and we will never come to Rome again without spending time with the two of them. We exchanged email addresses and I am certain we will stay in touch with our friends in Rome. It was in one word - PERFECT!
In Florence and Pisa we had a similar experience. We loved our driver - Augusto (I think that was his name). He was a gentleman and once again perfect for our entire family. He drove us to the sites which limited walking and dropped us off directly in front of the Leaning Tower. He was the perfect gentleman and we enjoyed spending the day with him.
Please know that the three of the men represent your company exceptionally well and we loved our time together with our new friends in Italy. I wanted to thank you for pairing them with us.
My best!

After a long day and night of travel we are back home following a wonderful vacation. I wanted to take the time on behalf of the entire group to thank you, and our tour guides, for making this a great experience. In Venice, Davide was informative and although his apprentice added little as he was apparently "learning the ropes" the team worked out well for us for our first tour. The Hillside towns of Venice were picturesque and we all enjoyed the sights - the grappa - not so much!
In Rome - WOW! Francesca was phenomenal. Not only was she knowledgeable but very passionate for her home town. The city is obviously full of history and Francesca could go on forever about its past. She was very interesting. Lunch was another great experience. She took us to a small "deli" for lack of a better term for a traditional Italian lunch with meats and cheeses and wines in a cozy wine cellar. A real treat for all of us - just what we were looking for. We all agreed that Rome, and Francesca, was the highlight of our vacation. Thank you so much as everything went off smoothly and from what we heard we received a better tour and much more personal tour than those on the cruise excursions. I would recommend your services to anyone.

I believe that the driver's name was Bruno. The Tour guide's name was Katarina, I believe. Bruno picked up my wife and I, and our two travelling companions at the ship. He may have been 5 minutes late, however, we had heard that they were holding up some of the drivers at the security gate until the buses got away. In any event, we did not have to wait long. Bruno was a very good driver and his English was quite acceptable. There was a lot of traffic, especially as we entered Rome and some of the streets were highly congested. He did a good job of maneuvering through this maze of traffic. We picked up Katarina near the Vatican. She was an excellent tour guide. Her knowledge of the Vatican and Rome in particular was outstanding. We were informed that she was also an archeologist. My background as a professor of civil and geological engineering meant that I was able to pick up a lot of the details related to the buildings and infrastructure of early Rome. One of my travelling companions was also a little "hard-of-hearing", and Katrina made a special effort to talk slowly and clearly so that he could understand. After the tour of the Vatican, we asked Katrina to find us a traditional location to have lunch. She was able to find us a place where we could eat outside, have a bottle of wine, relax and really enjoy the "Rome Experience". What else can I say, except that we felt most fortunate to have Katrina as our guide. She made sure that we say virtually everything we could within our allotted time. There was so much to see in so little time. I felt that we might have stayed a little too long before heading back, since the traffic was exceptionally heavy. Bruno knew we were a bit concerned and again did his best to safely work his way through all of this traffic and get us out of the City. We returned to the ship with nearly one-hour to spare. I can say that my colleagues, wife and I were very please with all aspects of this tour and want to congratulate you.

We have now returned from our exceptional trip to the Mediterranean region and I wanted to write you and thank Avventure Bellissme for arranging four fabulous days for our group in Florence, Rome, Amalfi / Pompeii and of course Venice. We all were very impressed by your professional guides and drivers and with the quality of their work.
They were always ship side at the expected time and proved very adaptable and flexible in meeting the diverse needs of everyone in our group. Our fellow cruise ship travelers were very envious of the tour arrangements we had made!! I am amazed that you are able to get such gifted guides who understood what we wanted to achieve in the short visits we made to each city and were able to insure we had a memorable day in each port. Whether it was to answer an obscure or simple questions or make sure we had excellent refreshments throughout they day, they were there for us. So thank you again for taking such good care of us at our four Italian ports of call. Our only regret is that we didnt get to meet you in time.

Ancient Rome & Vatican Shore
We just returned from our cruise to the Mediterranean. I wanted to drop you a quite note to let you know that the three private tours we booked with you company were incredible. The drivers and guides were very knowledgeable and flexible. One of the reasons I chose your company is because you are a member of ASTA. I am on our local chapter board here in the United States. I will be sending a report to ASTA headquarters about the fabulous service we had. I have already referred your company to a few travel agents. Hopefully, you will receive more business from our area.

Once, again it was spectacular. I cannot find enough adjectives to describe the experience. Thanks again for your assistance.

Tour of the Vatican
I would like to thank you for providing one of the best tour guides we ever had. My husband and I booked the Vatican tour on June 20th in the afternoon. Our guide was the BEST!! Her command of the English Language was great, and her knowledge was just amazing. We had a small group which enabled us to learn so much, and enjoy the experience of the Vatican Museum. Please share our thanks and on our behalf please tell your guide how much we appreciate the tour. She was just fantastic.

Rome in a Day shore excursion
Now that we have experienced the kind of tours you offer, I have to add my praises to the other customer comments. The guides we had in Florence, Rome, and Naples were wonderful. They truly showed us a good time. They were all perfectly charming people as well. What a great opportunity to get to spend time with a local person who has all the inside information the average tourist lacks. Our Florence guides tiramisu recipe, Our Rome guides experience with kids (hers are the same age as ours), and Vinni’s willingness to discuss politics and the euro – all give you that personal experience of a place that is so often missing from a tour. All the guides were great with our kids as well. We also particularly enjoyed our first driver in Italy, Enrico. His English is very good, and he did a great job of giving us an overview of where we were and a sense of place as we drove, in the rain, from Livorno to Pisa and then Firenze.

Thanks so much for a wonderful time in Italy! I would recommend your tours to anyone.

Rome in a Day shore excursion
I just wanted to extend another thank you note on behalf of your driver. His honesty, fortitude and diligence was exemplary in helping me get to a private clinic for an MRI scan due to a head injury sustained while onboard our cruise ship. He fended off many people who wanted to hire him on the spot away from us but told them all he was reserved for me. He fended off a non-English speaking taxi driver hired by the cruise ship to take us to a Civitavecchia Hospital Emergency Room which would have taken at least eight hours and may have resulted in us being held overnight for observation and missing the rest of our cruise at additional expense. His first step was to call and arrange for a private clinic MRI head scan in Rome which only took two hours. Since my tests were OK we were then able to get lunch and your driver then acted as driver and tour guide and helped us see a couple of the major sites of Rome. Sometimes in life God sends an angel of mercy just when you need it, such was the case with your employee. We have also provided your companies name to another couple on the cruise who knew others who were coming to Rome and they’ll most likely be hiring a tour from you in the future. Please pass on our thanks to your driver.

HI Jonathan and Monica!
I want to send a long overdue Thank You for the incredible tour experience we had during our trip to the Med.
We were cruising the first 2 weeks in October and you arranged tours for us in Venice, Naples, Rome and Florence.
All of the guides were delightful...the drivers very professional, and, we were able to see a LOT during our short stay in each port.
We only had a few minor glitches, and, I appreciate your help remedying them.
I especially want to Thank your guide in Rome. She was amazing......we loved her passion, and, of course her adaptability to our late arrival that day. Everyone worked together to insure that our visit to Italy was fabulous.
I Thank you again, and, look forward to booking future tours when we travel to Italy again in the near future!
I have recommended you to all of our friends!
