We thought the Grand Canal tour in Venice was amazing! What a different perspective of Venice and thoroughly enjoyed all the small and narrow canals. Would definitely tour with your company again.

The tours were great. Both guides were very nice and fun. Our guide for the Venice walking tour (I'm sorry I forgot her name) was able to get us into St. Marks Basilica even though they were preparing for a ceremony and we normally would not have been let in, so we were really happy about that! She was very accommodating with our daughter who uses a mobility scooter and led us on the tour where we got to see everything just like we wanted to. Our tour guide for the Grand Canal (I think her name was Christina) was awesome! We had a little problem at the beginning with a miscommunication about the meeting point but it all worked out. Christina was very fun and delivered her information during the tour in such an interesting way, it kept everyone's attention which was something considering this was our final tour of our vacation and the kids were starting to become kind of bored of tours. I will say the Grand Canal tour was a highlight of our entire 3 week vacation and Christina was a huge reason for that!

Hi The tour was great, really educational and they even dropped us off directly outside our restaurant (Riviera) for our evening meal. The boats are indeed luxury boats although i didn't realise they also doubled as taxis and still have the meter attached- this does spoil the image of the 'luxury' boat somewhat. Overall a good trip but if I had known the same type of Luxury boat would be taking us up and down the grand canal to and from the airport, i'm not sure i would have booked this trip as well. The tour guide was really friendly and tailored the tour to us which was nice and it felt very special to be pciked up from our hotel by boat. It was also great for us to have someone to take some photos of us!
