Guide arrived late. But her energy took what we saw and created a story/picture of what life was like when Venice was at its peak. That made the tour worthwhile and more than a tour of a building and paintings.

Small group Doges Palace tour - 29 april 2013
This was one of our favourite tours in Venice. The small group was a perfect way to see the Palace and our guide was excellent. Even the steady rain at the start of the tour didn't affect our enjoyment of the story to be told starting outside the Palace. Bravo.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. You not only get to see the main attractions of Venice but you also get to see the less traveled paths. I just wish we had more time to admire St Marks basilica.

Nicoletta was wonderful! This tour was so informative and helpful that my family a I wished we could have Nicoletta with us for the rest of our trip! The only downside was that the gardens were hard to get to because St. Marks was flooded - perhaps there can be an alternate meeting place? Otherwise we were thoroughly pleased!

Avventure Bellissime's Original Venice Walking Tours
We booked the 2 hour walking tour of Venice. It was a great tour with insight to Saint Marco square, the church, the palace, the prison and where Marco Polo once lived. The tour ended at the Rialto Bridge. It started to snow just as the tour started so everyone was quiet cold. I would recommend this tour to all that visit Venice as it gives details on the buildings, why Venice is built the way it is and for all this useful information the tour is a very reasonable cost.

I did the original Venice tour. It was 2 hours and I found it really interesting, could've easily walked around with the guide for another few hours. Plus we got to see a few back streets, and see some of the 'real' Venice. I really enjoyed it!

Original Venice Walking Tour, June 30th, 2010
We would like to pass on our thanks to our tour guide for our Venice walking tour on Wednesday 30 June.

Her tour was one of the best we have done in our travels - her knowledge of the interplay of politics, history and society was excellent and all delivered with a sense of humour and twinkle of the eye! We should have said something on the day, but there were a number in the group and the chance did not arise.

We arrived home yesterday from our 9-day visit to Northern Italy, which included a visit to Venice.
On 5/7, we arranged to take your Venice walking tour, which began at 11:10. We had Sabina (or Karina) as our guide.
She was absolutely GREAT. She was very informative, animated, jovial, and very, very interesting.
We learned a tremendous amount from her, and are extremely glad we took the walking tour with your company.
I will recommend your tour to our friends.

Doges Palace & Ghost Walk Tours, September, 2009
We just got back from Venice yesterday, where we took the Doges Palace & Ghost tours. I just wanted to let you know we had the most wonderful time! The tours were informative and fun. The Doges Palace\'s amazing look behind the scenes added so much to the otherwise already breathtaking building. And the Ghost Tour was interesting, exciting, funny and very moving, especially when it came to Polo\'s wife and the lady and her carpenter. The sense that the tourguides actually enjoyed what they were doing added to the fun. They did a great job and made our time with them a very enjoyable one. We haven\'t even been home for 24 hours yet and already we\'ve recommended you to friends and family. Thanks so much for a wonderful, wonderful time! And if/when we visit Venice again, and I\'m almost certain we will, we\'ll be booking the tours we missed this time around.:) Thank you, thank you, thank you! Josepha

Venice Ghost Walk & Venice Hidden Walk, June, 2009
We just returned from a brief visit in Venice and really enjoyed the Ghost Tour and the Hidden Venice Tour. In particular the hidden Venice Tour was enjoyable and very educational. Your guide was the best, so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and compelling. She was also great at answering all questions on the Hidden Tour. The Ghost Tour could be more entertaining rather than just historical. It was educational but not compelling.

Venice Ghost Walk & Other Tours, May, 2009
I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much my group enjoyed our tours. we had such a wonderful time. I also want to letyou know about two of your guides and how much we enjoyed them. For the ghost tour, we had Talia (not sure on her name spelling). She did such a wonderful job. She was animated and really brought the stories to life. Rita was the guide we had for the Dolomites and our private tour to Lake Guarda and Verona. She was magnificent. We had such a great time with her. We really felt like family after two times with her. I wish that I had booked another tour to go out with her. Our whole group loved her. She was also fabulous with our teenager who is going through those "teenage behaviors". She loved Rita too and lovedinteracting with her. If you can, please pass on our greetings and appreciation to Rita and Talia. If either want any further feed back, please feel free to tell them to contact me. If I get a chance to return to Italy, I will definitely book tours through you again. I will also tell anyone I know going to Italy to book tours with you.

Both tours were well worth the money and when we return to Italy again, I would love to take your Pompei tour. Thank you again for employing great guides. Venice & Florence Walking Tours, April, 2009
A quick note to tell you that I used your company in Florence and Venice. We found the guide in Florence to be outstanding. We did the Renaissance Walk and the Uffizi Museum and had her for both tours - she was great. Not only was she very informative about the history of the city but helpful with information on restuarants, shops. etc. In Venice we did the Original Venice Walk with another of your guides and again she was very informative had a great sense of humour and was candid about living in Venice. We also did the Grand Canal Tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. All the guides were very informative, well organized and made the tour very enjoyable. Unforunately we did not book in Rome but now better for the next trip

Original Venice Walking Tour, July, 2008
wanted to write your office and tell you how great your guides and greeters are. When we arrived in Venice on July 31, 2008 we checked into our hotel near the train station and jumped on the vaporetto to get to St. Marks Square as we were scheduled for the Original Venice Walking tour. Unfortunately we got onto the wrong vaporetto which took the long way around and made us late for the meeting point. While on the boat I called your office and let them know we were on our way and asked if there was anything they could do to help. Right away the office let me know they would have a greeter stay at the meeting point while the tour continued and we would be able to catch up with them if we weren't too late. The greeter was waiting and we were able to catch up with the tour at the basilica. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for our family. We were only in Venice for 24 hours before we were off to Florence and then Rome and missing this tour would have been a bad way to start off our trip. Please thank your staff and tell them to keep up the great work. They all play a very important part in helping once in a lifetime vacation dreams come true.

Doges Palace Tour
Claudia and I booked tours with you last weekend and we were very happy with all of them. The gal who gave us the Doges’ Palace tour was especially good and her love of the building and emotions really came through sufficiently that we returned and bought a number of books and were quite moved by the experience. She’s a tremendous asset to you. I would like to especially mention our private tour of the Ghetto with Mordechaj. He probably had the impression that Claudia wasn’t enjoying the tour. I wasn’t sure myself and during the tour I only knew that she seemed to want to be somewhere else. As it turned out, she was simply exhausted and “ toured out” and it also wasn’t a subject that she particularly enjoyed and she wanted to get on finishing her shopping. I hope you will convey to Mordechaj that his tour was well received by me , that I would have stayed with him as long as he allowed, and that there was nothing wrong with his tour nor his accent at all. His knowledge and love of the area came through to me and I would readily book a tour with him again and recommend him to others. Its simply not fair to leave him with the impression that we didn’t enjoy the tour or tat he did anything wrong as that was not the case. Thanks for a super two days. That was all the time we had in Venice and we gave Tours Italy all of our two days and are glad we did
